We collect your name, email, lookup details (handle, phone, city/state, notes), optional photo, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe or Square).
Your data is used to process payments, complete the lookup, deliver results, and prevent fraud.
For single lookups, submitted data (name, email, handle, phone number, city/state, notes, and any uploaded photo) is stored for no more than seven (7) days after the result is delivered. For prepaid packages, submitted data is retained through the final included lookup and permanently deleted within seven (7) days afterward. For existing legacy monthly subscriptions, submitted data is retained for the duration of the active subscription and deleted within seven (7) days after cancellation. Payment records are processed and retained by Stripe or Square in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
We do not sell or rent your data. We only share it with payment processors (Stripe or Square), email providers, and law enforcement if legally required.
We use encryption and industry-standard security to protect your data during transfer and storage.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data before the applicable automatic deletion timeframe.
We may update this policy from time to time, with the latest date shown above.
