We collect your name, email, lookup details (handle, phone, city/state, notes), optional photo, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe).
Your data is used to process payments, complete the lookup, deliver results, and prevent fraud.
For one-time lookup purchases, submitted data (name, email, handle, phone number, city, state, notes, and any uploaded photo) is stored for no more than seven (7) days after results are delivered, after which it is permanently deleted. For users enrolled in recurring or monthly monitoring services, submitted data is retained for the duration of the active subscription. Upon cancellation, data will be permanently deleted within seven (7) days. Payment records are processed and retained by Stripe in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
We do not sell or rent your data. We only share it with Stripe, email providers, and law enforcement if legally required.
We use encryption and industry-standard security to protect your data during transfer and storage.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data before the applicable automatic deletion timeframe.
We may update this policy from time to time, with the latest date shown above.
