TeaOnHerChecker provides a one-time, manual lookup service to help determine if a specific profile exists on a certain platform. Results are delivered within 24 hours of payment, and may be "Found," "No record," or "Uncertain" with explanation.
You must have a lawful, legitimate reason to request a lookup. You may not use our service to harass, stalk, dox, or otherwise harm others, or to request information about minors. We reserve the right to reject any request violating these Terms without refund.
Payments are processed via Stripe. All sales are final and non-refundable, even if no matching record is found. If we cannot fulfill your request due to an internal issue, we will issue a refund.
Results are emailed to the address provided, within 24 hours of payment.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee 100%. Uncertain matches will include a confidence explanation.
For one-time lookup purchases, submitted data (name, email, handle, phone number, city/state, notes, and any uploaded photo) is stored for no more than seven (7) days after results are delivered, after which it is permanently deleted. For users enrolled in recurring or monthly monitoring services, submitted data is retained for the duration of the active subscription. Upon cancellation, data will be permanently deleted within seven (7) days. Payment records are processed and retained by Stripe in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeaOnHerChecker is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any action taken based on lookup results.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, USA.
