TeaOnHerChecker provides manual profile lookups as either a single lookup or a prepaid package of three or six lookups. The first result is delivered within 24 hours of payment. Additional package lookups are performed about 30 days apart. Results may be "Found," "No record," or "Uncertain" with explanation.
You must have a lawful, legitimate reason to request a lookup. You may not use our service to harass, stalk, dox, or otherwise harm others, or to request information about minors. We reserve the right to reject any request violating these Terms without refund.
Single lookups and prepaid lookup packages are processed via Square. Prepaid packages do not renew automatically and are not subscriptions. Existing legacy monthly subscriptions are processed via Stripe. All sales are final and non-refundable, even if no matching record is found. If we cannot fulfill your request due to an internal issue, we will issue a refund.
The first result is emailed to the address provided within 24 hours of payment. For prepaid packages, later included lookups are performed about 30 days apart and each result is emailed separately.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee 100%. Uncertain matches will include a confidence explanation.
For single lookups, submitted data (name, email, handle, phone number, city/state, notes, and any uploaded photo) is stored for no more than seven (7) days after the result is delivered. For prepaid packages, submitted data is retained through the final included lookup and permanently deleted within seven (7) days afterward. For existing legacy monthly subscriptions, submitted data is retained for the duration of the active subscription and deleted within seven (7) days after cancellation. Payment records are processed and retained by Stripe or Square in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeaOnHerChecker is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any action taken based on lookup results.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, USA.
